The hotel staff was welcoming, attentive, and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. The suite comfortably accommodated our family of five for our three-night visit and met all of our needs. We especially appreciated the added amenities, including the kitchenette, daily breakfast, game room, and pool, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

Room and hotel in general was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good. It’s about a fifteen minute drive to Hersheypark but very easy to get to and from. Definitely recommend!

I loved the laundry in the hotel, along with the breakfast. Very family friendly and extremely kind.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and neat. Pool was nice and my kids loved the game room. Other guests were noisy past 11pm and very easy to hear within rooms.
Our room experienced a leak from the ceiling of the bathroom. Staff was very quick to fix issue. Was inconvenient to move our stuff out while this was happening and we were not offered anything for the inconvenience.
