When we got in our room we had no TV remote. The young woman at the desk took care of it even though it took two different remotes. She was very helpful.

The room and breakfast were really great. It would be nice if the TVs were 'smart' so I could sign into my netflix or something, rather than channel surf, but that's just a nitpick. My main issue was that the pool was a big reason I booked...but it didn't look welcoming at all. My kids said it looked like somewhere a teenager in a horror movie would go into. It's not that it looked dirty or anything, just... deserted and uninviting. It didn't look fun. But I will say again, the breakfast was outstanding. Lots of choices.
