The staff are amazing - so helpful and alert to your needs. Always have a smile on their faces! Our room was great for the price point - a few things could have been cleaner (shower walls), and a couple of fixtures were loose, but overall the perfect place to stay. Great location - so close to many attractions and easy to get around by walking. Room was very quiet, we didn’t hear other guests much. Would love to stay here again when visiting Prague!

Unique decor, lovely staff, great location for touristy things. However wifi was very slow (about 0.3mb/s) in my room.

Location was great, easy access to old town, metro and trams. Staff very helpful. Hotel and room had character and was very quiet. Only minor dislike was shower was hard to use.

This is a gem of a hotel overlooking the Royal Palace gardens. Its quiet and peaceful apart from the steady thrum of trams running past. Rooms are comfortable - super comfy beds, quality pillows, linen, feather duvet. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Fantastic location 5 mins from Charles Bridge and the Castle.
