Overall, our stay was good. The hotel was clean, and its location near the airport was very convenient, which was a big advantage for us. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The shower handle was loose, and water leaked from the shower into the toilet area while bathing. We also found the staff to be rather impersonal and not particularly welcoming, as their interactions felt quite rigid. Another downside was the $30 daily parking fee, which seemed expensive considering the room rate. We were also surprised to be asked whether we wanted housekeeping service, as daily room cleaning is something we usually expect from a hotel. Aside from these issues, we had a comfortable stay.

Wonderful 2 night stay in Rosemont! Hotel has easy parking and quick access to multiple dining options after getting settled in the room. If you want to leave, easy out, and convenient shopping right across Balmoral at the Rosemont Outlets
