I was a bit disappointed with this new Destination Fee of $25.00. It was explained to me that it was a credit for me to use at the bar or restaurant. When in fact, that was not the case. It was a charge of $25.00 that Westin imposes for unknown reasons. The front desk clerk explained to me it was a credit and then I verified by repeating the statement "this is a credit to be used in the Bar or restaurant" and he replied YES. I ate at the bar and when my bill arrived, I was charged for the food and beverages. I tried to get another explanation of this "fee" and got even more confused. So, with that, I will not be staying at the Westin anymore.

I dont like that you have to pay to park in a parking garage around the corner or pay $60 a day for hotel staff to valet park your vehicle. Also i didn't like being charged a resort fee and the property isn't a resort.

The staff were very helpful, Kalad was very kind and assisted me with multiple things that came up. The hotel also smells lovely! I had breakfast at Sauciety both days of my stay and really enjoyed the food. The service was also great, shout out to Pradip for being such a kind and accommodating waiter. Very happy with my stay and would come again!
