We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Park Hotel Suisse & Spa in Chamonix. The hotel is perfectly located! A special thank you goes to Farah at the front desk. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome, generously upgraded our room, helped us move our luggage when we changed rooms, and was always available with fantastic local recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Chamonix. His advice was spot on and made our trip even more enjoyable.
Great customer service can completely change a hotel experience, and Farah is a perfect example of that. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to help made all the difference.

Hotel is in a great location. Pool and spa on roof, amazing. Room had glorious views of the mountain. Highly recommend

Have used this hotel in the past - I think about 6 other visits; it's our 'go-to' Chamonix hotel. Very clean, lovely helpful staff. Quaint style with well appointed rooms. Close to restaurants and shops and short walk to the bus stop. Can walk to the cable car station for the Brevent. It has other amenities that we have not yet tried like the spa and hot tub, restaurant (always have been too much on the go to hike). We will be back
