Technical support was no good. We had to request several times to get our air conditioning repaired

Great, peaceful location. Good, medium size complex. I found a couple things not working in my room, but they were fixed fast. Overall in 50 days in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, and Samui, I liked this location and atmosphere the best.
