The location is excellent for theater goers w 3 close by. We got TKTS tickets for 3 shows & walked to the theater very quickly. The Long Room next door had a complimentary drink & we ordered a delicious prosciutto flatbread. Staff was excellent & fixed our air conditioner 20 min from notification. We stored our luggage easily; lobby is small. Room was modern but on the small side & bathroom had a walk-in shower. Nespresso coffee maker & tea in room. Easy to catch a cab, Uber or Lyft in front. Quick shop/food stop just down the street. Bryant Park was an easy walk. Food stand, restaurants & bars on the street + souvenir shops. It is not close to museums. We would stay there again.

Our stay was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful . The room was much smaller than expected but it was clean. Also, there isn’t mini fridge or microwave, but there is a safe in the room. It’s in the middle of time square so there are plenty of things to explore without going too far from the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay if you want just a nice clean room to sleep in.

Hotel is great! The only thing I missed in my room was a chair.
