Once again, we didn't have a clean bathroom. Unfortunately, but unlike the last place on our travels, these people were very accommodating. They said they'd clean the bathroom, give us a new room. The customer service was out of the park. They took care of all our needs here.I was just a little sad.Teresa was the lady's name didn't clean the bathroom before we got there. There was use soap in the shower hair in the shower.I just don't understand maybe i'm missing something. And you guys leave soap for the next people. But I don't think that 's right.Cause the bathtubs are not clean. In the shower was dirty.

The AC was set at 67 in the summer which is a bit too cold. We found a stain on the sheet.
On the website there is picture of swimming pool but actually the pool has already been replaced by a pickleball court. We did not find the EV charging station in the parking lot but we did not ask the staff to verify either.
We made one reservation on expdia.com for two rooms. But on the hotel side they are two bookings just because there are two check-in person which were required by expedia. Therefore the two rooms were placed on two floors.

Went to use the pull out bed and it was gross and had cereal and candy all over it.
We complained and were immediately moved to another room.
