The staff was very polite and friendly and efficient. The hotel is very convenient if you are traveling by a cruise either beginning your cruise or ending your cruise.

We really enjoyed our time at the Adina apartments. Having stayed at one of their hotels in Berlin previously we knew that it would meet our needs. The staff are lovely, helpful and attentive. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The Adina Copenhagen is out of the centre a little bit in a quieter residential area. It is very well placed for visiting many of the local attractions. The metro/ train station is about a 10 minute walk and from there it is only a couple of metro stops to the centre. Trains run every few minutes. We would definitely return to the Adina if visiting Copenhagen again.

No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite spacious, balcony is quite nice, but can hear train noises at night, bit disturbing.

Great place to stay, plenty of room, comfy beds, great staff, really nice breakfast buffet, yummy pizza restaurant across the plaza & a grocery store on the corner, bikes to rent. One day I let them know that the bathroom sink was draining slowly and they had already fixed it when we got back later that day. I would stay here again. If you plan on doing laundry just know it takes FOREVER in the combo washer/dryer machine in the room. Also the listing says they have air conditioning- it’s not, when I asked about it they said it’s a “ventilation system”, so basically just running a fan constantly but not cool air. It was nice that the window opened in the bedroom and there was a door to a little balcony
We were also able to ride rented bikes to Juno bakery quite easily from here- highly recommend :-)
