Our stay at Parrot Cove was nothing short of amazing. From breathtaking views to delicious breakfast, this place was top notch. The staff was more than helpful when we faced a significant delay at the airport that put us getting in much later than anticipated. Yoli went above and beyond to stay in contact with me and setting up someone to be there when we arrived after hours. The breakfast was so good: traditional Belizean breakfast with the freshest fruit I have ever had. Beds were extremely comfortable and the AC about froze us out of the room. Overall, 10/10 on the stay. I will be back to Hopkins and, specifically, Parrot Cove.

Loved our stay here! Staff was amazing! We had a delicious homemade breakfast every morning. They were helpful organizing tours and transportation too. Would definitely stay again!

Property was very clean and well cared for. Ocean front room had terrific view and lovely breezes, with a deep deck for protection from occasional showers. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very good restaurant, with a daily set breakfast which was cooked individually (no steam table).
Bicycles and kayaks were handy to have, but definitely need better maintenance. Pool was clean and well maintained.
Would absolutely stay there again.
