Hotel Caesar Prague

Air on a little noisy, general rumbling background constant noise, basin plug plunger missing handle.

Lovely stay, the room had air conditioning the staff were lovely. No complaints. Good amenities and the bathroom/bedroom was clean to a great standard. Ideal location not too far to old town but not noisy. Couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms. Definitely recommend!

Very helpful and kind front desk staff!!! The location of the hotel is excellent, you can walk to most of the places and there are many restaurants, bars, shops, markets and shopping centers around. The hotel building is beautiful and well maintained. Very clean rooms with good coffee! Our only complaint is about “Ibiza “, the guy from the hotel bar. We bought a coke and bottle of water from the bar and he did not wanted to give us just one cup with ice for the second time because he said he had to save it for other clients. We were the only clients in the bar, so I complained and he said that the Bar does not belong to the hotel, that I can ask for ice at the front desk. And that is what I had to do! Ridiculous! Everything else was great!

Excellent Stay, Outstanding Staff and Genuine Hospitality! I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Caesar Prague. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring the city, while still offering a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well-equipped. Daily housekeeping was excellent, and the common areas were consistently clean and well-maintained. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. During my visit, I experienced an unexpected situation involving a missing backpack. The hotel staff showed genuine concern, went out of their way to assist me, and consistently followed up on my situation. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a real difference during a stressful experience. It’s always wonderful to stay at a beautiful, comfortable hotel, but what truly sets a property apart is the people who work there. The staff at Hotel Caesar Prague certainly made that difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Prague. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience!
