Airport shuttle was the best feature other than the proximity to the airport. The hotel front desk staff was extremely courteous, pleasing and helpful during my stay. Promptness of the housekeeping staff can be better as when we requested to extra towel, they confirmed it will be sent but was never sent.
I would definitely return to the property if staying in Chicago midway.
