Very nice; old and not for anyone looking for luxury but we loved it! Historical and quaint. Lovely area. Very kind hosts.

Location and Parking is perfect. Room was cold. Bed was soft. Tv and toilet worked. Can’t ask for much more. Gave us a super late checkout too

This was a great stay. The location was perfect with lots of things to do and restaurants in walking distance.
The staff was awesome. Helpful and friendly.
The room was clean and really comfy.
The only con is that parking is REALLY tight. Come in a sedan, not an SUV.... but then large vehicles will face many challenges in Newport beyond tight parking.
