The Hotel was wonderful! The room was very well appointed, had everything we needed. It was beautifully furnished with high end finishings and attention to detail. The Breakfast was abundant and delicious and incredibly generous. The pool had an amazing view. The only issue with the pool was at the end of the day it got crowded and it was difficult to get a lounge chair.
The best part of the hotel was the INCREDIBLE STAFF!
They made every moment of our stay special. They remembered my note on my email about husbands birthday. They sent us a celebratory surprise the day of & made him feel like a superstar!
After we left, I forgot a very important item in the room. They texted me before I even realized it! They arranged to ship it and I received it in 2 days time . Wow! That is the ultimate in customer service. Thank you Epic SANA Marquês for an unforgettable trip!
