I wish I could give 5 stars as it's a really nice place. But two crucial elements of staying in a 5-star hotel were not ok for me: sleep and hygiene. Both nights were a nightmare due to people moving above us at night for hours (staff?) and the floors were creaking heavily and loudly. The bath tub had no holder at the wall for the shower head and you could only shower by holding it above your head by yourself - there was also a very flimsy and sticky shower curtain.

Great hotel in the heart of the Old Town. 3 minute walk to the square. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast buffet provided a lot of options. I will stay here again if I return to Prague.
