Peninsula Bed & Cocktails

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Every single employee we talked with was super nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and we were provided the basics (shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer) but also a little corner of munchies and beverages, super cool! There is also free coffee in a little sitting area. The restaurant has a wonderful menu, with reasonable prices. There is a quaint bar in the lobby with the friendliest bar tenders! You have the option of a dining room or large porch with fans for comfort to enjoy your surroundings. This hotel is located within a very short walking distance to the beach and local establishments. And a big plus, free parking! We felt like we took a step back from the hustle and bustle and landed in the cutest, quaintest little slice of "AH"!! You will not be disappointed in the Peninsula, Bed and Cocktails nor the little slice of heaven where it is located in Gulf Port!

Everything was perfect

This is a really cute boutique hotel right in the middle of downtown Gulfport. Walkable to everywhere. Staff from bar and restaurant were super friendly. Keep in mind that there are no amenities at all. While the coffee station on the second floor is a good try they really just need to have small single cup coffee makers in all the rooms. When you stay in a hotel you should be able to make coffee in your room and not have to go to another floor then carry it up to your room with no elevator. It is a historic and beautiful property and the rooms are super cute. With this being said though the AC cannot go any lowerv than 72 and in the heat of the day the room was at 75.

This is a return visit to this hotel. We enjoy the location as it is walkable to the downtown area. The rooms are clean, comfortable and use the fun concept of the drink name in the doecorating scheme. It was nice to have a drink before dinner on the pleasant front porch, and the breakfast was amazing. We will certainly return again.
