From the staff and the hotel location and the cleanliness of the property. I have been staying at the hotel 10 times and I'm happy to stay here.

The rooms facing Calle Londres are extremely noisy. The constant noise from the bars and the loud music made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
It was also quite inconvenient that the hotel does not provide a coffee kit in the room by default. Having to request one and wait for someone to bring it before being able to enjoy a cup of coffee—especially when you’re in a hurry—is frustrating and unnecessary.
Overall, these issues significantly affected the comfort and convenience of my stay.
