There was no accessible ramp I was with 4 suitcases and have to through stairs. On my last there was no one to help me

Excellent walkable location to Fenway. AC in room, however, was a portable window ac that was right at the top of the bed (head level) so it blew directly onto your head/ face the entire night. Plus made the room very noisy cuz u could hear everything outside since the window was basically open. U heard the subway, cars, people etc. Very hard to sleep. Bed seemed older and unstable. Not the most comfortable. We stayed in the double room which was quaint and cute for 2 people. Bathroom was down the hall and detached but very big and nice. Property is just much older and dated and it shows. But fun to stay in a Brownstone in downtown Boston. Plus u must pay to park behind the building and is very tight to get in and out of.

Boutique hotel in well-located charming old brownstone. Fourth floor walkup, no elevator. Smallest shower I have ever seen or tried to use. Staff friendly and professional. Very good value for the price.
