Checking in was a nightmare and took nearly 1 hour cause we had no check in number. The rooms wasn’t very clean and they never put extra teabags etc and no extra shampoo and conditioners. When book the money should have come out the day before so that we new everything was right. It has changed so much when we used to stay there before. We will never stay there again
