Everything was satisfactory. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area

Every member of staff was smiley and helpful. The hotel met our needs of being close to th waterfront and transport links. It was clean and organised. Having a sea view room was wonderful but take ear plugs if you go to bed before the nightlife nearby has finished. Breakfast had hot and cold options. If you want something specific, I'd suggest not having breakfast included as there are so mamy eateries nearby.

Very clean, room service daily. Great staff even the cleaners were friendly. We ate mainly in the Seashore and breakfast in the restaurant looked very good although we only had a light meal of fruit or toast.
We opted for a room with a balcony but found that it was too hot to use until the afternoon, even then we could only cope with about 20 minutes. Also discovered that you cannot release the sliding door from the balcony to the room from the balcony, if you close it fully. Had to contact reception to get someone up to open it from inside the room. There ought to be a warning about that. If we had not had a phone with us we could have been trapped 5 floors up. It would also have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room
