Wonderful breakfast. Air conditioning was a wonderful bonus during the heatwave.
Staff were great, especially Mahmud, who helped us with our many questions.
Highly recommend.

The location was on a quiet street, close to Victoria station. The owner, Nick, his wife and daughter, Emily were very accommodating and friendly. They allowed my husband to keep his small mobile scooter in the lobby. There is an elevator, as well. The air conditioner worked well during the heat wave this summer. A huge shout out to their staff, Abdar and Leo! Very helpful with all of our needs.
And, the breakfast.....to die for! The best meal we had while in London.
I will mention that the bathrooms are quite small. I am 5'6 195 lbs. and would warn that a very large person might have a hard time moving around and using the facilities (the toilet is in-between tight walls)
Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay at the Windermere Hotel.

Romm was clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful.
Breakfast was great lots of choices.
Room was quite warm the first night as AC couldnt cool it down due to the heat wave.

We were greeted upon our early arrival with a complimentary cappuccino thanks to the owner Sylvia. This family run property is a small boutique hotel that is located near the theatre district and Victoria station. The staff is most helpful and the breakfast is delicious. For a small quiet room book room #15 but for a more beautiful spacious room choose the Victoria.
