I did not like the fact that parking was not part of the cost of the room.

So close to the boardwalk! Loved having our morning coffee watching the boats.

Shared patio was always dirty. Bird poop. Empty wine and beer bottles. Our room overlooked patio. We stayed on the 4th floor near the exit door to the restaurant and bar. We could hear the door open and close through out the early morning and evening. Don't stay on the 4th floor. If you do, stay at the other end.
Other than that, the staff was friendly and the hotel was close to everything.
