Adorable, perfect location for the Duomo area and David statue.
Fast check in, the lady walked us part way to our room also and explained the air wouldn't work if window was opened. They do like to hold your key when you leave, they didn't tell us the first time so we were caught off guard when they asked the second time we went out the first evening after that we just dróped them off. They did offer luggage storage our last day but it was just sitting out in the open and they put a piece of tape on it with the room number so that was stressful that it wasn't locked away in a room or behind the desk.
First morning we had to leave super early for a hot air balloon ride and the front desk didn't really like that we wanted out and was confused about "hot air balloon" pretty sure it's a common thing in the area but big citys are sketchy so I kinda appreciate the concern also I just hadn't planned it in my timing to meet our driver and felt rushed to get to the meeting point. Anyway the front door is locked and has a main door shut so he had to show us a back exit way.

High class interiors both in the lobby and room. Decent view of the Duomo roof from the hotel patio. There are several patios in this hotel.
Steps away from the center, you can see the Florence cathedral as soon as you step out of the lobby. Hotel staff present 24/7, unlike some other weird hotels using lock boxes and odd entry methods.
The hotel is well integrated into a historical building and has an elevator from the first floor up. Interesting feature is an underground cellar visible on the first floor through a glass floor, like in a museum.
Definitely coming back.

This property is in the middle of many attractions, in walking distance,
Close San Marco ferry stop. Price is high for the kind of maintenance and ambience.

I liked this place a lot! Very close to the Duomo so it was very central. Staff were kind! The breakfast was also good. There is a rooftop bar with views of the Duomo to enjoy!
