The rooms were very clean, and the staff was helpful! Only complaint is that the hallways made it feel like you were in a dungeon and very frequently smelled like marijuana.

The overall experience was nice, the only real negative thing I can say was that the breakfast buffet wasn’t very good; especially considering it costed extra.

The property is in a great location. Near shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly and the room was clean and relatively quiet. The refrigerator made an annoying buzzing sound. Maintenance looked at it but after they left, every morning it would wake us up at 6 or 7 in the morning.
Lastly the pool wasn’t operational until the last day of our stay. That was truly disappointing as we chose this particular hotel because it had a pool. I feel like establishments should let visitors know in case they want to change their reservation.
Anyway overall a pleasant place to stay.

The hotel is a favorite of ours during football season in Evanston. The rooms are clean, the staff extremely helpful and parking is really easy. In addition during the summer and fall they have a wonderful Farmers Market in the lot next door. My only complaint I needed Q tips and they did not have any in the room.If you need a place to stay for a Northwestern game this is the PLACE!!

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional. There wasn't anything we asked for such as extra towels that the staff didn't immediately bring to our room. The staff went out of their way ..."
