I loved my stay at Windchimes. I stayed there over 20 years ago and just as I enjoyed it then, I enjoyed my stay there this time. It is a beautifully nostalgic spanish villa with a home like environment. The staff were very helpful and always pleasant. The price was very reasonable. It is a family owned facility and guests who stay at Windchimes can visit Acasia, the sister facility. Acasia is located within a reasonable walking distance from Windchimes and houses an excellent restaurant that serves a wonderful breakfast at a very reasonable price. It is located about 11 miles from the airport making it very easy for arrivals and departures (provided you follow the directions correctly on your GPS lol - we didn't but it all worked out). There is also a beach within walking distance with a beautiful view.

The impeccable service i received from checking in to checking out was amazing. The staff Juan Carlos the supervisor, Ivelisse the manager and Josua from housekeeping provide the best customer service I ever experience in Puerto Rico.Going forward when I am in Puerto Rico this will be my home for Hotels stay.
