Arrived late, AC was working and room was larger than expected. Great staff and comfy beds

Staff was wonderful. A bit worn down for a Holiday Inn Express. Strange transactions going on at the McDonald's parking lot.

It is a newer hotel or at least seems like one! Everything was in top condition. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered more than most, The attendant was so friendly and helpful. The only thing missing were gluten free offerings. which I understand used to be available and are still asked frequentlyo. The only thing I heard a couple of people talking about was the lack of a coffee maker in the rooms. They offer fresh ground, made to order coffee in the lobby 24/7. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to family and friends.
