I was staying there for anime expo and I will say it was a nice place to stay since it wasnt too expensive but they did take a $100 security deposit incase i damage the property but I still never get it back even tho they said they'll pay it back after like a week and its been like 10 days now but besides from that it was a a nice place. The area was a bit dingy but it wasnt too bad.

The staff is very helpful however the building is pretty run down. The water pressure is bad, and honestly the rooms aren't that great. However I personally had no real negative experiences despite that. For what they are, the rooms remain as tidy as they can be and everything is kinda what you would expect. Seriously though, super kind staff.
Plenty of parking and good AC.

The rooms are NICE. I read an earlier review about the hotel doing renovations, and there were work crew there during my stay. But it was hardly distracting and the new rooms are EXCELLENT. Totally worth the price for the stay.
