Comfortable room.
Excellent location.
Wonderful roof top bar with friendly bar staff.
Shower did not stay up correctly which led to a rather contorted shower + wet bathroom!

Great location and very helpful staff. Rooms are nice but small. Roof terrace serves American bar food rather than Pinchos.

We upgraded to the superior king city view rooms and very glad we did completely worth it. Hotel is fantastic and superb location for exploring the whole of Bilbao. Reception very helpful.
Only improvement i would suggest is for the terrace staff to be a little more proactive in taking orders as we often had to go finding staff but when order was taken they were pleasant and service was good.
