Staff our excellent and friendly always happy to help. Glad I booked this hotel, location was great and the room 306 I was allocated to was way bigger than most hotels single bed rooms.

Everyone was super nice very helpful i was in love with beirut when i arrived cause of the people in the hotel how welcoming they were but they need more breakfast variety and the room floor and curtains need to be washed or changed it very dusty other than that it a very good hotel and the staff in all department are more than nice and definitely i will go to that hotel again

Excellent stay in the heart of Hamra. Great area with many restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Breakfast buffet was ok. Not so great. Overall a nice hotel in a great area of Beirut. I would return.

Thank you very much to the hotel management for improving the situation. I gave the hotel a one-star review a few days ago because I was angry and disappointed with the room I had booked for my sister and her husband, due to some neglect and lack of attention in the room.
I have been staying at this beautiful hotel for more than 10 years and I still have wonderful memories of it from the cleanliness and delicious food to the excellent location.
A special thanks to Mr. Samer for his kind words and for handling everything so professionally and excellently.
