So here's the thing: this hotel was under renovation and shouldn't have even been available to book. But the staff didn't let that phase them when my daughter and I showed up. Yes, there were a lot of remnants of construction work hanging around, but honestly, we barely knew they were there. The breakfast was plentiful and good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and quiet. Should we need to stay in Mentor again, I will definitely go back once it is fully open.

Building was clean and very modern. I was skeptical at first with the hotel being on the backside, but was quickly relieved to find a very nice place to stay with very accommodating staff. Breakfast was a good variety and well monitored.
