Our team had an amazing stay! We were in town attending a business conference, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable.
I especially want to recognize Keisha, Loraine, and Luise. They went above and beyond to accommodate our team, always greeted us with a smile, and provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay. They truly made a positive impression on all of us.
The only minor issue we experienced was a slight damp, humid smell in one of the rooms. However, it was a small inconvenience compared to the exceptional service we received, and the staff handled everything with professionalism and care.
Thank you for making our business trip such a great experience. We truly appreciate your hospitality and look forward to staying with you again the next time we're in town!
