Due to some flight inconveniences, our schedule was affected, but we really appreciated how both Expedia and the hotel management handled the situation. They were thoughtful and accommodating, which made a big difference for us.
When we finally arrived, check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a nice place to rest after a stressful journey.
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to try the breakfast we had booked since we had to leave early for a tour the next day.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we’re grateful for how the staff handled our situation.

Really friendly staff.
Let us check in early which we so appreciated as we had arrived from Australia and were so tired!
Very large room, plenty of space for everyone.
The bathroom was large only downside was shower was a bit mouldy. Otherwise the apartment was super clean.

if you are staying in Istanbul I highly recommend this hotel. You won't find a better location and the value for money is amazing.
The room was clean and comfortable. It is basic but it has everything you would need. You walk just a couple minutes and you are right at some of the major sites. Just a few more minutes of walking and you are at the tram station. The staff is friendly and they serve a nice breakfast with stunning views from the roof terrace
