I have absolutely nothing to say bad about this hotel. It was very beautiful smelt very clean at all times staff very friendly willing to help at any given time they’ll stop what they need to help you. They will direct you to what you need to where it is whatever you’re looking for if you’re in the area, you don’t know what to do. They will give you ideas give you a paper. Tell you the bus route how to get there. They were all amazing. My only issue I had experience is the ice on my floor. I could not get in. I had asked somebody they told me to go downstairs to the fourth floor still can’t get in to get ice. Then you have to go to the office downstairs in the first level to ask for ice so that was kind of a sh** show but my only bad exception about this hotel. I did not know which I feel it was a hidden fee was a $45 fee every night you stay plus a couple other fees from the state of Florida. I guess that’s all I’m gonna say that’s the only hidden fee that I had saw that I did not see when I was booking this hotel because I would not have done that if I knew that, but other than that, the Hotel I guess is OK
