We keep coming back to the Motel 6 in Westport Plaza! The hotel is, like the rest of St. Louis, recovering and renovating, but our room, and all other areas we were in were immaculate it is VERY clean. Staff on the whole werr really fantastic. Accomodated all our quests, including a late checkout when one of our service animals got herself stuck. The Motel 6 Westport had comfortable rooms, nice beds and plenty of pillows. I love that they save power and are eco-friendly, for instance, they will happily bring you a mini fridge and microwave, but most people in hotels like this are not here long, so it wastes the power.
Maintenance was professional, quiet, and quick, housekeeping was friendly, and the front desk staff was warm, friendly, and kind. And, best, the accomodate cats/dogs!
For the low prices, this location is a very nice, great bargain, and you can get to pretty much everything, by foot, public transit (Metro), your own car or a rideshare!
💯 recommend, especially for people really needing just a place to crash and explore the city from. Thank you to the Westport staff for being so accommodating and ensuring our stay was, as usual, an exceptional experience.
