The check in process and the staff who assisted with our special requests for disability accommodation were excellent. The special room was clean and perfect for his needs.
Every single staff member we came into contact over three days were wonderful and helpful. From those who helped is transfer into taxis to go see a show to helping us with a scooter.
Thank you for making my best friend’s last anniversary trip memorable for all of us. We are really appreciative.
