The staff was extremely helpful when I needed to take out a large amount of things for my daughter's wedding at the Convention Center next door. They gave me a cart to put the things on and let me leave it with them in the lobby while I parked my car and got my room things situated.
I will say that the parking fees could have been waived considering I was already paying almost $500 for two nights and needed to park downtown for my daughter's wedding anyway. This seemed very high for what I needed to do. I would suggest that when there is an event at or near the hotel that the fees are waived for room occupancy. This would draw in more visitors from the event venues.

Other than the minor construction around the front lobby, everything was great. Would definitely stay at this property again.
