The location was perfect. All good tourist places to visit were a short trip to get there.

The ability to get free water and drinks from ground floor was great. The pool and pool bar was useful and nice for my party

I have never traveled to PR so much in 1 year. But my mother passed and I have had to. This is the best hotel I have stayed in. I had some trouble with the internet but other than that the service and the facilities were phenomenal.

An amazing stop after a week cruise. A bit of a wait for the room on floor 11 but was worth it. Large king size bed and comfortable pillows. The towels were a bit harsh on the skin. Shower curtain was wrinkled not welcoming. Air conditioning in the room cuts out for a bit to long for my liking which cause me to get hot and sweaty.
