Courtyard by Marriott Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport

all good except coffee machine broke

Check in did not go well. We came in very late from a delayed fight. 2:30 am. They had difficulty finding a room for us. At first they were saying there was no room available, a room I had prepaid for and would not have gotten a refund for if we had not made it in that morning. They finally found a room that was empty but listed on the computer as not available. They sent a worker up to check to make sure it was clean, they said it was and we got a room at 3:00am. During check in we had to pay the hold deposit on the credit card as per routine but we also had to pay an extra $10.80 remaining balance from our Expedia bill. Didn’t make sense but it was 3:00 am and I needed sleep. The next morning I was not able to get a receipt for the $10.80 charged to my credit card and no one could tell me why it was charged. I asked if there is a resort fee or city fee of some type and they said no. The charge is still pending on my card and still remains a mystery to me and to the hotel.

It was clean, quiet and close to all food and shopping

It was very nice for the price I payed and the room was properly cleaned. Check in was easy as well having made a reservation. The only thing I had a small issue about was that there was no ice machine on the 3rd floor and there was a trash bag outside the elevator.
