Helpful and courteous staff. Very clean and I felt comfortable eating there. Good breakfast options and very good dinner options. Coffee unfortunately was not very good but the very restaurant staff especially Beatrice and Nyash were very helpful.
They are doing renovations and the rooms in this stable wing are not easily accessible as you have to walk on the road and through a poorly lit alley to access that wing. Wi-Fi was very good and water pressure in showers was very good.

Such an iconic hotel with such amazing staff. Only stayed for 1nt but we were treated to a full VIP experience. Highly recommend

Expensive stay but one of the world's iconic hotels with views down to the Victoria Falls bridge and easy walk to the Falls.
One area is being renovated but still has two good restaurants. Very helpful staff, excellent outdoor pool. The normal restaurant is good value and the formal one has a dress code but quite relaxed by city standards (long sleeved shirt and trousers for men).
Worth splashing out to relive your 1930's fantasies
