I really love this hotel. it has a great location and is in a fairly quiet area. They do need to upgrade their TV package but I don't watch much of that.

We encountered few encounters of cockroaches in the family suite room, near the toilet, and on the king bed.
We requested and was given a double bed room the next day with an extra bed to make up for the family suite that was booked.
Staff is friendly and pleasant at entrance and ever willing to help at concierge.
