The mattress covers were ripped like they had been slashed with a knife. The window curtain had a big tear in it. The carpet felt grimy and dirty. I wore my flip flops the whole stay. The price is low, but for a guest to get a room like this is unacceptable. I gave two stars because the bathroom and bed sheets were clean.

It's closed to my job and although it's summer, it's fairly quiet

None of hallways, elevator or stairways were air-conditioned. Broken ice maker on our floor. Free breakfast was bread slices, bagels, English muffins, miniature muffins , cereal. All carbs. 6:30 to 9:30 not impressed.
Very congested traffic all day every day.
Will not return to Rehoboth Beach as there is no parking even at $4 an hour.
Couldn’t get near the beach. Very over populated area. Mid-July trip.
