Hotel was very nice and staff is very friendly. English speaking is sufficient to get by, but knowing Spanish is obviously very helpful and speeds things like check in up!
The only confusing thing is when booking multiple rooms for our party (5 adults, 3 families) we booked a room for 5 people but the website wasn’t super clear on exactly how many rooms we had booked. We ended up adding an additional room and they worked with us to get us a similar room/same price we had paid thru Expedia.
Overall a fun trip and the hotel is within walking distance if you don’t mind 1-2km (a mile or so) or download the Freenow app (Lyft for Europe).

We were there for only one night as a layover from a cruise but we are a large family. They were very accommodating and we had a suite of rooms adjoined. The onsite VIP lounge was fantastic. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the future!

Amazing experience. We upgraded to red level, which was absolutely worth it! Staff super kind and friendly too.
Great breakfast and nice pool area.
Only small downside is that parking is expensive (35eur/day) and parking space is quite dodgy.
