I didn’t like the service at breakfast restaurant

They don't allow people to eat at the lobby. All the staff seem very nice and professional. The Hotel is clean and quiet in the bedroom. I ask the hotel staff to sign a paper which I need to get a cash refund from JAL airline which canceled my flight. JAL would compensate for the hotel stay. The first staff refused, he said he would not do that. I asked another staff in the morning, and she was very nice and she signed the paperwork.
This hotel offers buses run directly to Narita and Haneda airports, which is very convenient. This hotel offers great buffet and the location of this hotel is the center of Ikebukuro.

Really enjoyed my stay here for 8 nights! The staff was very kind and welcoming, and spoke very fluent English. My bed was always made when I came back from a long day of walking and activities. Conveniently located near the Ikebukuro Station, there are a ton of places to eat and shop nearby the hotel.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to those traveling to Japan and want to stay outside the larger cities!

The property is in such a great location to where we were very close to an entrance to the jr line. The property is clean and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. I like on the television it tells you how busy the breakfast buffet is and also tells you the status of the washer/dryer. It shows which machine is occupied and how many minutes are left on each load. The location is quiet at night and not far from the hotel is a bunch of locations to eat and things to do. There is a 7/11, Lawson, and Family Mart within a block radius of the hotel. I would definitely come stay here again. This hotel is also a stop for the airport limousine bus service from Narita and Haneda Airports.
