We had a wonderful family stay and would highly recommend this hotel. I accidentally booked two rooms when we only needed one, and the staff were incredibly kind and happy to cancel one of the bookings and refund the payment, which we really appreciated.
The rooms were comfortable and well presented, the swimming pool was excellent, and the facilities were fantastic. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, with a great selection and high-quality food. Overall, a great hotel with outstanding customer service, and we would happily stay here again.

Staff were extremely helpful, hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained, particularly the pool area. Lunch and breakfast were good value.
The room hadn't been cleaned, though we were told it was ready for us, but the reception staff offered us an alternative room when I rang them about it - as we were going out, we agreed they would clean the room then, and it was fine when we returned.
Overall, an enjoyable stay. Thanks

This hotel is an excellent choice for families. The rooms are spacious, the staff consistently polite, and the food quality is outstanding. The leisure facilities — including the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi — are well maintained and very enjoyable.
As a family travelling with an autistic 9‑year‑old, we found the environment exceptionally calming. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were extremely understanding, thoughtfully seating us in a quiet area to ensure a comfortable experience.
We had a genuinely positive stay and would happily return.
