The staff that we checked in with didnt give us any information about the property, or about the bill. We had to come down after we checked in to ask another staff member about the billing. Then we find out about incidental charge, and the parking fees.
The room smelt like pee and pretty sure there is mold in the bathroom , it wasnt the cleanest.

Pool is very small. Breakfast buffet is good for the price IF you prepurchase, but we tipped the servers in cash, and they still wanted to charge us a tip on our card....without our knowledge. Had to talk to main desk to get it taken off. Close to all River Walk and Alamo activities.
