Excellent location, Sheraton’s private beach was fabulous but the highlight of our stay was the excellent service from the entire staff! From the welcome desk at check in, the staff at the concierge desk, the doormen and last but not least, the staff in the breakfast restaurant.
This was undoubtedly the best customer service I have experienced.

Great hotel choice for your trip to Rio! Located in leblon on the beach with a great pool! Very easy to uber from hotel to the city for your activities. The pool was very nice to relax by after a day exploring. Very safe and clean, I would recommend to anyone going to Rio!

Great location, beautiful pool. Would be better with a small shop with some food and medicines so you didn’t need to go to the city to get basics. Very safe, close to where you want to be. Taxis are abundant there.
