Everything was great. Front desk were very professional
And helpful. The only issue I had was the bartender. He was very disrespectful to everyone at the bar. I don’t remember his name but he said he was from Jamaica. He
Shouldn’t be working as bartender if he ia very rude and obnoxious. Beside that everything was perfect.

From the moment we checked in at the front desk until the moment we were dropped off from the shuttle at BWI the staff interaction was excellent. We especially loved Mo, who takes care of everyone at the bar/restaurant. The discussion was great and the food was delicious.
The hotel’s close proximity to the airport and the 24 hour shuttle are the reasons we booked this hotel. We had a 6:00 a.m. flight back to Detroit and we are not morning people. The in-room coffee, punctuality of the shuttle, and kindness from the staff was an added bonus.
Thank you!
