Hotel was older but reasonably maintained. Checkin was busy as there were only two staff but personnel were friendly and helpful. One elevator was not working which was problematic as the hotel was full.
Room was clean and serviced daily.

Tim at the front desk was amazing! Professional, upbeat, and the kind of employee the hotel should be excited to have working there. I wish more front desk employees displayed his positivity and enthusiasm!
