Staff was unbelievable helpful and the offering of beach items down to sand toys was great. The food at the restaurant is very good too and we felt things were very clean.

I arrived to the hotel later on a Sunday night, so unfortunately many of the restaurants on & around the pier were already closed, as well as most shops, but that next morning everything was available close by within walking distance to me, including the salon i booked an appointment with. The hotel staff and valet were all extremely friendly and helpful. The valet parked my car closer to the hotel because I had to go into my car several times that night & next morning. My room was very comfy & spacious & quiet, which I loved. The room provided a free Pierside bottle and can opener too. The hotel is so close to the pier and beach, they offer different equipment & swim attire in a customer wants to spend time in the water or on the beach which is cool. Since i was completing my Route 66 trip, I walked to the end & got my Route 66 certificate at the pier, then had my hair appointment 1 or 2 blocks away, as this was all so close by. I would love to stay here again when i get more time, as everything about this hotel is lovely. GPS getting here however threw me off a bit & I had to drive by twice to find the entrance.
